A: We opened our doors March 1, 2004
Q: What are the benefits to using an AE Container rather than my own?
A: The containers provided by AE are commercial grade cans with a 10+ year life expectancy. Any damage that may happen to the container at curbside is taken care of by us. AE Curbside is not responsible for any damage to personal cans or lids.
Q: Does AE Curbside have any hidden fees or surcharges which will be added to my invoice?
A: No, we have no hidden fees or surcharges. Only fees you may encounter are for large collections, or large items
Q: Is there any items I cannot place our for collection?
A: We are unable to accept any hazardous waste, tire, paint, oils ext. If you are in question about an item or material please contact us prior to placing it our for collection
Q: Do you accept Yard Waste
A: Yes. We accept 1, 30 gallon bag each week at no charge. Any additional bags will cost $1 per bag. This service does not apply to those utilizing our 1,2, or 3 bag per week service.
Q: I forgot to place out my trash / recycling, will you come back around for it?
A: Many times we are able to accommodate this for you. Just call and ask if we are able to come back around. There is a $10.00 fee for this service.
Q: Does AE Curbside have an after hours drop box?
A: Yes. We have a secure drop box at our office on Prospect Ave in Findlay. We ask that all payments be placed in an envelope which has your name and service address on the front.
